I use a phase in my business all the time - "On FIRE!" - I use it with my Members inside my programs and my Mastermind Members too. It described those who are truly succeeding and being real Knowledgepreneurs in their business. 

But what does it mean to be "On FIRE"? Here's my definition:

• An unrivalled and Intense Belief that they you achieve what you set out to do
• You take the Responsible Action when needed
• And maintain the Energy to Persevere.

These characteristics don’t just play out in the life and business of those I work with, they instill this into the actions they encourage their clients and customers to take also.

No matter what phase of business you are in, you can be On Fire! And a knowledge-based business has 3-phases:

1. From Idea to Start Up, that’s phase one.
2. Phase two is about moving from Start Up into the Ignition phase where the fire is stoked.
3. Phase three is the recognition that you are truly On Fire and can Scale from there.

These are the three phases that every business goes through and you will find yourself in one of them right now.
